Hey,

Today’s newsletter will be a little bit different as I’m in-between long-form topics, but I still have a few things to mention. Similar to the “Useless Observations” newsletters, I’m going to post a few quick musings and hope that everyone that reads this is having a great day and is able to continue improving, developing and growing. If you’re curious, the last Good Housekeeping newsletter can be found here.

  • I’m hoping to launch my new website in the next few weeks. The website will be replacing this newsletter. I’m still looking into options for how to continue a weekly newsletter, but I plan to launch a website, Twitter and Instagram for my content. Stay tuned for more!
  • Earlier this week, students in Flint, Michigan were able to drink clean water out of school water fountains for the first time since the Flint water crisis began in 2014. This was because of donated equipment from Tesla founder Elon Musk. We always hear about the need to hold people accountable, but has anyone been held accountable for exposing 6,000 to 12,000 children to drinking water containing high levels of lead?
  • The Atlanta Braves are going on a championship trophy tour where they take their World Series trophy on a tour of the entire southeast this summer. The tour dates and locations can be found at the link above, but hopefully they take their time and allow the fans to enjoy the accomplishment and the trophy. Feels like everyone will get to enjoy the Braves’ victory except for the fans that attended the downtown parade.
  • Everytime I get sick of reality television, new shows pull me back in. After “Insecure”, I’ve now moved on to “Love Is Blind” and “Love After Lockup”. I don’t call them guilty pleasures, because you shouldn’t feel guilty for anything that you enjoy. Unless it’s Baby Keem’s music.
  • Speaking of music, I’m excited to see that Mozzy has signed a deal with Yo Gotti’s CMG label. Mozzy is the latest new rapper that I when I first heard his music, I immediately thought he was going to one day become a rap star. I’m hoping that this collaboration takes him to a new level and increases the quality of his already stellar work.

If you are enjoying this newsletter, please pass it on to a friend (or three) and tell them to sign up here.
